The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the Domaine d’Anglas vineyard and its customers in connection with the sale of food and non-food goods.
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the Domaine d’Anglas vineyard and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Domaine d’Anglas vineyard merchant site, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.

The Domaine d’Anglas vineyard reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
ARTICLE 2: PRODUCT INFORMATION
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the “The shop” section of the site www.domaine-anglas.com.
These products and services are offered while stocks last. In addition, the customer can contact us by email for additional information.
Photographs do not enter the contractual field. The Domaine d’Anglas vineyard cannot be held liable if errors have been introduced.
All texts and images presented on the Domaine d’Anglas vineyard website are reserved, under copyright and intellectual property rights; Their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
Our products are offered for sale while stock lasts. If, despite its vigilance, the items offered are unavailable, the Domaine d’Anglas vineyard will inform the buyer by e-mail as soon as possible.

ARTICLE 3: PRICE OF PRODUCTS
The “The shop” section of our site indicates the prices in euros all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. The amount of VAT is specified when selecting a product by the customer and the shipping costs appear in the total amount of the basket.
The Domaine d’Anglas vineyard reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in force at the time of registration of the order.
The proposed rates include the discounts and rebates that the Domaine d’Anglas vineyard would have to grant in view of its results or the assumption by the buyer of certain services.
No discount will be granted in case of early payment.
ARTICLE 4: ORDERS
The customer validates his order when he activates the “Order” link at the bottom of the “Order” page after accepting these conditions of sale. Before this validation, it is systematically proposed to the customer to check each of the elements of his order; He can thus correct any errors.
The Domaine d’Anglas vineyard confirms the order by email; This information includes in particular all the elements of the order and the customer’s right of withdrawal.
The Domaine d’Anglas vineyard reserves the right to refuse any order presumed fraudulent, or doubtful or in case of non-payment.
The data recorded by the Domaine d’Anglas vineyard constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order. This is archived by the vineyard of Domaine d’Anglas under the legal conditions and deadlines; The customer can access this archive by contacting customer service (email@example.com).
ARTICLE 5: TERMS OF PAYMENT
The price is due when ordering in euros.
The possible payment method is made by PayPal and Payplug.
These payments are made through a secure system in such a way that the information transmitted is encrypted and no third party can become aware of it during transport on the network.
We do not accept cheques.
ARTICLE 6 : DELIVERY
Delivery to the shop
The Domaine d’Anglas vineyard offers you to pick up your parcel directly at the estate’s shop.
So you have no delivery costs.
Do not forget to enter your phone number correctly, you will be contacted as soon as your package is ready.

Delivery to your home
Products purchased on the www.domaine-anglas.com website are delivered in metropolitan France (excluding DOM TOM and Corsica).
For delivery abroad, contact the Domaine d’Anglas vineyard by email (email@example.com) before ordering.
When the item is available in stock, the delivery deadline is determined by the sum of the following 2 elements:
- The shipping time is calculated according to the time of verification of the reliability of your information entered from the taking into account of your payment, the preparation of your order and the handling of the package by the carrier;
- The delivery time of your package by the carrier: The delivery service is done with the Colissimo Access F offer. Delivery is made in mailbox if the dimensions of the package allow it within 48 hours (Indicative time in working days for shipments in metropolitan France subject to compliance with the deadline for deposit).
Shipments in COLISSIMO Access France are subject to VAT subject to the application of territoriality rules.
Delivery is 7 € 50 HT or a total of 9 € TTC with VAT on delivery at 20%.
Receipt of the packages
For shipments, the Domaine d’Anglas vineyard could not be held liable in the event of theft in the customer’s mailbox (if La Poste declares the package as “delivered”) only the declaration of La Poste is authentic.
If La Poste returns a parcel for the reason, as evidenced: The recipient does not live at the address indicated, the customer will receive a credit note (purchase costs / excluding shipping costs) and will have to place his order again on the site (or by email) and correct his address, the shipping costs will then be at his expense.
Note that all our items leave our premises in perfect condition.
If the customer accepts a damaged package, or if the package has been put directly in the mailbox, the protest must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to La Poste within 2 days of delivery. The customer must then send us by e-mail (or letter) a copy of this letter.
Any item damaged during transport can not be the subject of any exchange or refund if no reservation has been notified upon receipt of the package.
Delay in delivery
In case of late delivery by La Poste within 8 working days of the date of shipment, the customer should contact La Poste.
La Poste’s investigation may last up to 21 working days from the date of its opening.
- If during this period, the product is found, it will be re-routed to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering.
- If, on the other hand, the product is still not located at the end of these 21 working days, La Poste will consider the package as lost. In this case, the Domaine d’Anglas vineyard will return a replacement product to the customer at its own expense. If the product is no longer available, the Domaine d’Anglas vineyard will refund the product concerned by the declaration of loss confirmed by La Poste.
Only the declarations provided by La Poste may be authentic.
In case of error in the shipment of a product, simply return it to us (at our expense), the item will be refunded by voucher, Payplug or PayPal.
ARTICLE 7 : WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code as amended by Ordinance 2001-741 of 23 August 2001, the withdrawal period is 7 days.
Food products are not returned or exchanged (for hygiene reasons).
For non-food items, the buyer must first notify customer service by email specifying firstname.lastname@example.org the order number, the products and the reference as well as the reason for this return (optional).

In case of return, the item must be returned in its original packaging, never used and in perfect condition for resale, accompanied by all the documents and accessories related to it (instructions, warranty, booklets …).
The return costs will be borne by the customer. And the customer is solely responsible for the proper return of the goods.
Upon receipt of the package and after checking the perfect condition of the products, packaging, accessories … the Domaine d’Anglas vineyard will refund all sums paid, as soon as possible by check or bank transfer.

ARTICLE 9 : DATA PROCESSING AND FREEDOMS
The information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order and our commercial relations.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, updated by the law of 6 August 2004, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning you.
Simply contact us by email or post indicating your surname, first name, e-mail address and postal address. In accordance with the regulations in force, your request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature and specify the address to which the reply must be sent. A response will then be sent to you within 1 month of receipt of the request.
