The nose reminds the cherry, the blackberry and the peppermint.

The mouth is round with smooth tanins,and highlighted by ripe fruits flavours.

Put it in carafe, or open a few hours before serving.
It is perfect with a duck magret, a roasted lamb, a guinea fawl with cranberries.
Cheese: a young sheep tomme from Larzac.
Dessert: a dark chocolate ganache.
