French Terre de Vins Magazine recognizes our cuvée “Le Chemin des Moutons”, AOP Terrasses du Larzac 2018, in its last monthly of 2020 January in the special report dedicated to the wines from Languedoc.
“In a green oasis of 113 hectares of garrigue, Carole et Roger Gaussorgues grow a 12ha organic vineyard on chalky-cleye and quartz pebbles soil. Sheets pature in the vines from December to March and provide them organic amendment . Tis cuvée is a blend of Shiraz and Grenache (and a few Carignan) kept in oak barrel during one year. The nose presents black cherry and blackcurrent sauce aromas. There is a lot of freshness in mouth, with silky tanins and a fine bitterness final. The wine is specialy tasty and with a long aftertaste!
